Simply find the event you wish to attend, click the buy tickets button and follow the steps.
There are no cancellations or refunds. All sales are final.
All tickets will be sent to the email you privided upon checkout.
During the checkout process you will be greeted with various payment methods. Please choose one that suits you.
Login and go to your profile, find the “My Listing” tab. Here you can manage your events.
You will need to make a staff universal account and add the username of that account to the staff member tab on the event in “My Listing” for which all staff will login with. You can download our Evertix Event Scanner for IOS / Android and your staff will login and use the credentials you have setup to scan the attendees tickets.
From the “My Listings” Page, choose your event and on the far right click “Manage Event”. From here go to the “Tickets” page on the left. You can export fields from here as CSV.
On my account page head down to the “Wallet” tab on the left. Here you can manage your payout methods.
You can download our scanner app available on Android and IOS. The devices used will need internet access and a staff global account made by the event vendor.
